-Glass Forming Machines:(7) Advance I.S Machines totally (50) sections with Hot-end coating systems
Decorating department utilizing two "STRUTZ" CS 125 (3&2) colors and one rosario (3) colors decorting machine.
Packing
This company by using (8) automatic paletisers is able to paleties the products on the pallets in (120*100 Cm ) and (111*142 Cm) size.
And packing selection with (3)shrink wrappers.
Shrinking of plastic film shroud on full pallets of glass containers.
Quality
The quality control department utilizing squees tester, Dual head Gagers , poliariscope ,etc...
By using test equipment & measuring devices such as : Pressure tester , Impact tester, Thermal shock tester , Glass saw , Shaker , small Crusher ,Flint Photometer ,Spectroscope ,Digital Balance 0/0001,Atomic Absorbation ,Autocloves ,Sample preparation equipment.
